Chad’s investment case (in French) focuses on improving health and nutrition outcomes for women, children and adolescents in the most vulnerable communities.

To bridge equity gaps in these communities, the government is working with the GFF on a series of health financing reforms designed to increase access to quality health services among the poorest — by offering free health care and health insurance options and ensure health spending is equitable.

With GFF support, the government is promoting public financial management reforms, along with efforts to strengthen CSO engagement and mobilize new partners to fund the investment case, enhance data on quality of care and modernize the civil registration and vital statistics system.
