This paper provides practical advice for the design and strengthening of programs which use financing that is linked to results with the aim of achieving better outcomes for adolescent health and wellbeing. These approaches called ‘financing levers’ in this document are used at all levels, from the national down to the household and individual level. The paper identifies entry points for using these financing levers to focus more resources on the high-impact practices which fulfil the rights of all adolescents to good sexual and reproductive health.
