The goal of the Health Sector Medium-Term Development Plan (HSMTDP) 2022-2025 is to Increase access to quality essential health care and population-based services for all by 2030. When developing this plan, the Ministry of Health collaborated with its Agencies, Development Partners, and other stakeholders. This process was guided by the current National Medium-Term Policy Framework, the revised National Health Policy (NHP, 2020), the Universal Health Coverage (UHC) Roadmap for Ghana (2020-2030), as well as other Global Policy environments.
