The proposed Project Development Objective (PDO) is to increase utilization and improve the quality of health services with a particular focus on reproductive, maternal, child and adolescent health and nutrition services.
The project will support the ongoing implementation of PBF in the 26 health districts covered by the original operation, the 18 health districts recently added through the Additional Financing, and an incremental roll out of PBF to national coverage.
