This investment package is an instrument for implementing the national financing strategy around which the government, donors, civil society and private sector players, in a participatory and inclusive approach, are committed to aligning themselves to put an end to preventable deaths of mothers, newborns, children and adolescents.

The design of this important instrument, under the leadership of my department, was based on two essential pillars: the multisectoral and multidisciplinary Reproductive Health Platform for Mothers, Newborns, Children and Adolescents (SRMNEA) and the health financing strategy.

The investment case is a guide, an inspiration and an opportunity for all the players involved, whatever their professional or community affiliation, to face up to the challenges that have a negative impact on the health of the most vulnerable populations, which the public authorities are tirelessly striving to improve.
